A new client Middletown, NJ called our office after her husband found a large amount of black mold in one of the walk-in closets in the basement. Once we arrived and took a closer look, we realized that the area was severely water damaged. Unknown to the homeowner, a pipe had bursted behind the wall! This is what caused the mold growth.

A new customer was looking forward to the sale of his old property in Middletown, NJ, this holiday season.
