Black Mold Growing
The building experienced a bad water leak some time ago. Since the building was left unoccupied for a long time, black mold starting to grow throughout one of the rooms.
A Tear Out Was Needed
Since the structural integrity of the sheetrock was comprised, with the owner's permission, we removed and disposed of the contaminated material properly. As you can see, there was a lot of black mold growing on and behind the sheetrock.
Treat it With MAPS 1
Once we were finished, we treated all the affected areas with our EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1.
A Whole Another Level
MAPS 1 attacks mold at it's DNA and kills it immediately!
Now for the Next Treatment
Next, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all the mold stains. Finally, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2, which encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic.
Bonus of MAPS 2
The bonus of MAPS 2 is that it's moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth. Now the owner can continue renovating his newly acquired property.
