Moldy Crawl Space

Replace the Insulation
We removed and disposed of all the contaminated insulation and replaced them with ComfortTherm® fiberglass insulation.

ComfortTherm® is wrapped in plastic to prevent deterioration, provides excellent temperature and noise control, and comes with a vapor-retarder to prevent mold and mildew.
Kills Mold on a Cellular Level
Next, we treated every square inch of the crawl space with an EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1. MAPS 1 (which stands for Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions) is going to attack mold on a cellular level and kill it immediately.
Mold Stainer Removed & MAPS 2
Next, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all of the mold stains. Lastly, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2.
Prevent Mold from Returning
This application encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. It's also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
