As we inspected, we noticed that several of the crawl space vents around the property were damaged and left open for a quite some time. This allowed a lot of moisture into the crawl space and helped the mold flourish.
Eliminates Mold Immediately
After removing and disposing of every single contaminated item in the crawl space, we applied MAPS 1. MAPS 1 (which stands for Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions) is an EPA registered antimicrobial that's going to attack mold on a cellular level and kill it immediately.
Combo Treatment
Next, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all of the mold stains. After that, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2. This application encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. It's also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
