So Much Mold
The selling process of this home was put on pause because one of the first floor bathrooms had mold all over it.
Vents Stopped Working
There were two vents in the bathroom, but they had stopped working quite some time ago. The moisture combined with high humidity levels created a perfect breeding ground for mold to flourish.
MAPS to the Rescue
We treated the entire bathroom with our EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1. This application attacks mold on a cellular level and kills it immediately. We then grabbed our mold stain remover, treated the bathroom with it, and scrubbed away all of the mold stains.
Last Comes the Sealant
Finally, we treated the entire bathroom with our patented sealant called MAPS 2. This solution encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless, inert, and non-allergenic. MAPS 2 is also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth.
