As you can see, there is mold growth all over the wall.
Remove the Sheetrock
Because the structural integrity of the wall was compromised, we had to tear out the sheetrock.
Once Removed
Once we tear out and dispose of all the damaged materials, we're going to apply our antimicrobial called MAPS 1.
Kills Mold Immediately
This EPA registered product attacks mold at its DNA and immediately kills it. Afterward, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2.
Mold No Longer a Problem
MAPS 2 encapsulates the surface that mold is growing on (rendering it non-allergenic and harmless) and also is moisture sensitive to prevent any future mold growth. Now the home is free from all dangerous mold growth.
