Mold Above Our Heads
We equipped our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and began inspecting the basement area. Immediately, we spotted mold on the ceiling.
All Conducive Conditions Were Fixed
There was quite an extensive amount of mold throughout the basement. Fortunately, the conducive conditions to the mold were address and fixed. All that was left was to get rid of the mold!
Mold Remediation Step #1
First, we applied our EPA registered product called Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions 1 (MAPS 1 for short). MAPS 1 targets mold at its DNA and kills it immediately!
Mold Remediation Step #2
Next, we applied MAPS 2, which is a moisture sensitive, patented sealant that encapsulates mold and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. It also prevents future mold spores from growing. Now the home is protected from future mold growth and the owner can begin his renovations!
