Along the Drywall
The homeowner mentioned that he saw mold in his basement. We equipped our personal protective equipment and inspected the basement. Sure enough, we found mold growth on the lower portion of the drywall and the ceiling tiles.
High Humidity Levels
Completing our inspection, we determined that high humidity levels was the cause of mold growth. In order to properly treat the mold growth, we needed to remove a portion of the drywall.
The Tiles Too
And the ceiling tiles as well. Once we were done we applied MAPS 1. MAPS 1 is an antimicrobial solution that targets mold on a cellular level and instantly kills it.
Safe and Sound
We then applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2. MAPS 2 is moisture sensitive and will prevent future mold growth from occurring. Lastly, we installed a commercial-grade dehumidifier that will properly control and maintain the humidity levels in the basement.
