Saving the Sale of a Home in Middletown, NJ

A new customer was looking forward to the sale of his old property in Middletown, NJ, this holiday season. MAPS 2 is also moisture sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent any future mold growth. Finally, to control the humidity levels in the family room, we installed a commercial grade Sedona dehumidifier. This dehumidifier cost less to run than other dehumidifiers, cover over 3000 square feet, are energy efficient, and will properly control the humidity levels in the family room.
