A Small Leak Causes Black Mold in the Attic in Colts Neck, NJ

This client in Colts Neck, NJ had a ton of black mold throughout his attic. As we inspected the attic, we found several leaks in the roof. We informed the owner and he immediately contacted a local roofer to repair all the leaks in the roof. 

After all the leaks were repaired, we returned to get rid of the mold. First, we applied our EPA registered antimicrobial called Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions 1, nicknamed MAPS 1. MAPS 1 attacks mold on a cellular level and kills it immediately. Afterward, we applied our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all the mold stains. Lastly, we treated every square inch of the attic with our patented sealant called MAPS 2. MAPS 2 encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. MAPS 2 is also moisture-sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent future mold growth!
