Treat with MAPS 1
First, we treated the area with an antimicrobial called Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions 1 (MAPS 1 for short). MAPS 1 attacks mold at a cellular level and immediately kills it.
Stain Remover
Next, we applied our mold stain remover and then began to scrub away all the mold stains!
MAPS 2 Prevents Future Mold Growth
Lastly, we applied our moisture sensitive, patented sealant called MAPS 2. This product encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it non-allergenic and inert. The best part about MAPS 2 is that, because it is moisture sensitive, it'll reactivate whenever it gets wets to prevent future mold growth!
