After treating the area with MAPS 1, we then used out mold stain remover...

...and scrubbed away all the excess mold staining throughout the attic.
Now for the Sealant
Next, we treated every square inch of the attic with our patented sealant called MAPS 2.

This application encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic.

MAPS 2 is also moisture-sensitive...
Prevents Future Mold Growth
...and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent future mold growth! Lastly, we replaced all the broken attic fans with new ones in order to regulate the humidity in the attic.
