Mold Everywhere
Due to poor ventilation in the attic and going unchecked for a long period of time, mold had grown everywhere in this attic.
Lets Use MAPS 1
In order to remove the severe mold growth, we applied our antimicrobial solution called MAPS 1, which kills mold on a cellular level.
Now for the Scrubbing
We then used our mold stain remover and scrubbed away all the excess mold staining throughout the attic.
Mold Removal Part 2: MAPS 2
Next, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2. This application encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders it harmless and non-allergenic. MAPS 2 is also moisture-sensitive and will reactivate whenever it gets wet to prevent future mold growth.
Replacing the Attic Fans
Lastly, we replaced all the broken attic fans with new ones in order to regulate the humidity in the attic.
Mold Removed
Now the mold is removed for good and the homeowner once again has a healthy, mold-free attic.
