That's Black Mold Alright
We inspected and found black mold behind the siding in the wall and underneath the title. What caused the mold growth? High humidity levels in the basement!
Get Rid of It
The mold growth was so severe that we had no choice but to remove all the contaminated sheetrock, wall siding, and flooring.
After Removal
After everything was removed, we applied our EPA registered antimicrobial called MAPS 1. This product attacks and immediately kills mold on a cellular level.
Now for the Next Part
Next, we applied our patented sealant which encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and render it harmless and non-allergenic. This sealant is called MAPS 2 and it's also moisture sensitive, which will prevent mold from returning.
Commercial Grade Dehumidifier
To control the humidity levels, we installed a commercial-grade dehumidifier. Now the mold has been removed and, after a few touchups by the homeowner, the home will be ready to sell!
