Photo Album: Newly Renovated Home Gets Mold in Toms River, NJ

As this new homeowner in Toms River, NJ was currently in the process of renovating his newly acquired property, a pipe had burst above his garage and mold had developed.

Came From Above

While the homeowner was out getting supplies, a water pipe had burst and flooded the area. He was able to stop the water leak...

Mold Developed

But unfortunately, mold had developed.

Removing the Contamination

The homeowner mentioned that he will remove all the contaminated sheetrock and materials. So we went right to work and applied MAPS 1.

Goes for the DNA

MAPS 1 (which stands for Mold Abatement Polymer Solutions) is an EPA registered antimicrobial that attacks mold at its DNA and immediately kills it.

Prevents Future Mold

Next, we applied our patented sealant which encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and render it harmless and non-allergenic. This sealant is called MAPS 2 and it's also moisture sensitive, which will prevent present and future mold growth from returning.
