We applied an antimicrobial called MAPS 1 and then applied a patented sealant called MAPS 2.
What Do They Do
MAPS 1 attacks and kills mold on a cellular level and MAPS 2 encapsulates the surface mold is growing on and renders mold non-allergenic and harmless. Also, because MAPS 2 is moisture sensitive, it'll reactivate to prevent any future mold from growing.
