This homeowner in Brick, NJ realized she had a leaky room in her sunroom when she spotted mold growth all over the rafters. After having a roofer repair the leaks, she called us to come out and remove the mold.

Lastly, we applied our patented sealant called MAPS 2. This will encapsulate the mold and render it harmless and non-allergenic. Since MAPS 2 is moisture sensitive it'll reactivate to prevent future mold growth. Now the home is free of hazardous mold growth.
