Inform the Homeowner
After informing the homeowner what we found in the attic and the cause of the mold, he informed us that he will hire a roofer to install an attic fan in his attic. Now we can begin our treatment process.
Here's What We Did
First, we applied our antimicrobial solution called MAPS 1, which kills mold on a cellular level. We then wipe away all the mold and apply our patented sealant called MAPS 2. This encapsulates the mold, rendering it harmless and will reactivate whenever it gets moist to prevent future mold growth.
Long Lasting Protection
Now that MAPS 1 & MAPS 2 have been applied, the mold is no longer a threat.
