Heidi Kleva

Heidi Kleva, a resident of Colts Neck, NJ, joined Cowleys in May 2022 as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Heidi has over 25 years of experience in a wide range of customer service positions, such as an Office Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, and Drafter/Estimator. Aside from her impressive qualifications, Heidi has a bubbling personality and a smile that can brighten up anyones day! 

Heidi will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries. 

Heidi is a fitness enthusiast and loves to workout in her spare time. She is even a Certified Personal Trainer and holds an Adult & Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification! Aside from working out, she loves to travel, read (almost every night), cook, and write poems and short stories!
